Bray Wyatt:
Bray Wyatt injured his calf a few weeks ago during the match with Roman Reign. His injury was not a big deal as per our sources and he's cleared to compete a couple of days before, as per some rumors. As you know WWE has a limited staff yet for the PPV and they need some surprises to make the PPV a fair deal at least. Shocking returns are always show stoppers. Bray Wyatt is also one of the famous dudes in WWE and if he's really cleared to compete then WWE isn't gonna waste him by keeping him backstage.
He's expected to return tonight at WWE Payback 2016. As you know Luke Harper is also injured so there are only three guys in Wyatt Family yet, No words on their role tonight If they return as they are keeping it secret.
Randy Orton:
Randy Orton injured back in 2015. He got a shoulder injury but afterwards Dave Meltzer rumored that he also need a neck surgery. Randy denied neck injury rumors said he'll be back soon. Fans was expecting him to return at Wrestlemania 32 but he didn't appear on the biggest stage of WWE. Now the payback is on tonight and Randy is still out of action.
There were rumors before Wrestlemania 32 that he's cleared to compete. Randy is another guy whom we expected to return tonight at WWE Payback 2016.
The Authority:
The Authority (Triple H and Stephanie McMahon) are out of action after Triple H lost to Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 32. Triple H appeared on some live events after that but didn't appear on TV. Stephanie McMahon appeared on WWE RAW last week for as an individual and announced that Vince McMahon will announce some big news at WWE Payback 2016.
He will give the control to authority or Shane McMahon. So its obvious that The Authority will return at WWE Payback 2016 tonight.
