NXT Live Event From New York for 23/4/2016

NXT Held a live event last night at Poughkeepsie, New York. Finn Balor Austin Aries and Samoa Joe headlined the show.Shinsuke Nakamura and Elias Samson was also a better bout. American Alphas also defend their title against Dash and Dawson, Enjoy It!

Chris Girard beat Mojo Rawley in a hot opener. Some cheers for Mojo but Chris Girard was really over due to his great fighting stuff.

Bayley and Carmella beat Dana Brooke and Peyton Royce. Nice bout by NXT women.

Manny Andrade beat Tommaso Ciampa. Manny is really over during the match. One sided match, most of it.

Shinsuke Nakamura beat Elias Samson. Fun segment.

NXT Tag Team Champions Chad Gable and Jason Jordan beat Dash and Dawson in a 2 of 3 Falls. 

NXT Women's Champion Asuka beat Alexa Bliss.

NXT Champion Samoa Joe retained over Austin Aries and Finn Balor in the main event. Joe was about to put Aries out with the Coquina Clutch when Balor hit Aries and Joe with a Coup de Grace. Balor then hit the 1916 on Aries but Joe stole the pin for the win. Balor cut a post-match promo and said he's staying in NXT.
